RULE 1: You must have 25 posts to create a contest.
RULE 2: No spamming, Flaming, or Trolling.
RULE 3: you cannot give more than 5 reps for prizes.
RULE 4: No swearing
RULE 5: Once a contest is over, report it and it will be locked. After a contest has been requested to be locked, any posts after that will be considered spam.
RULE 6: If you bully anyone into voting for you, show the message to a mod and we will ban/ warn the member accordingly. I personally will really crack down on this.
RULE 7: Only constructive critisism is allowed.
RULE 8: Stick to the topic.
Break one of the above rules and you will be punished accordingly.

1 BREAK: You will be warned
2 BREAKS: You will be givin a 10% warning level.
3 BREAKS: You will be banned for 1 day and givin a 30% warning
4 BREAKS: you will be givin a 1 week ban
5 OR MORE BREAKS: Depending on the level and amount of breaks, you could be givin a permanent ban.
EXPLICT OR ADULT POSTS: Permanent ban; no questions asked.

Nice, but i know i might be stating the obvious but, what about if someone posts explicit/adult content? that should be a ban, right?

Cyber Bullying could be an issue as well. People could PM offensive messages to some people. Make a rule (or statement) that anyone who is to recieve anything abusive should talk to a MOD or admin about it. Does that also help?

Also, lol,: No plain criticism, constructive criticsm only and stick to da topic? They should be rules, but people who break them shouldn't get punished.

I never really liked the rule that was set up on YCM about needing 25 post count to set up a contest, I think you should remove it. If people start making bad contests however, than yes, that rule should apply.

25 posts is fair while YCM requires 150 posts but I may increase it to that amount if contests become spammy
