Ok simple as title!

Step 1

PM a member or advertise in a site

Step 2

Make sure to include the homepage link and who should be referred

Then viola! You have earned a referral! Make sure the member reports the referral here.
Referrals shall be tallied and the user with the most referrals by the end of 2010 will receive this it will be added to your profile and you will receive a PM of notification.

I was thinking so too (and I started this thread) but re thought....I can't just give away my trust~! And so I put up that probation part reducing amounts now
