2. Prices (in title or inside thread)
3. Items
4. Member does not have 30% or above warning

Rule 4. If you already own a shop then it will be locked until your warning level is decreased if you are opening one while you have 30%+ warning you will be warned again, your thread will be locked, and you will be prohibited to post a shop again until further notice.
