Welcome to a new world of archtypes I call Railins comment and rate
Note:Railin Monsters are dual type monsters meaning they are 2 types

When this card is Special Summoned to the field add 1 "Railin Token" to this card. If this card is targeted by a Spell or Trap negate the effect of the card and return it to the owner's hand.

You can only Summon this card when there are two or more Plant type monsters on the field, if there are no Plant type monsters on the field this card is destroyed. When this monster attacks your opponent directly put 1 "Railin Token" on this card.

When this card destroys a monster in attack position add 1 "Railin Token" to this card. If there is any face-up Plant type monsters on the field destroy those cards and this monster's attack is equal to the destroyed monsters' levels x100.

When a Plant or Spellcaster type monster is Normal or Special Summoned to the field add 1 "Railin Token" to this card. Once during you or your opponent's turn both players draw a card from their deck. If the card is a Plant type monster you may Special Summon it to the field if not inflict 500 points of damage to the owner of the card and remove it from play.

Once during your turn you may draw a card from the top of your deck, if it is a trap add it to your hand if it is not place it at the top of your deck. Every time the effect is used add 1 "Railin Token" to this card.

This card can only be summoned by Removing From Play 1 "Railin Parasite Dragon" and Tributing 3 Railin Tokens.
This card cannot attack the turn it was summoned. This card's ATK and DEF is equal to all cards removed from play x3000. When your opponent draws a monster card this card's effects are all negated and is treated as a normal monster. During your next End Phase return this card to your Graveyard and shuffle your Deck and special summon 1 "Railin Parasite Dragon" from your Remove From Play pile.

This card can only be summoned by Removing From Play 1 "Railin Mecha Alien" and Tributing 3 Railin Tokens. When a spell or trap that destroys a monster targets this card pay 100 Life Points to destroy the spell or trap. This card's ATK is equal to the number of monsters on the field x 2000 (excluding this card). This card is switched to defense position every End Phase. When this card is destroyed in Face-up defense position treat the difference as battle damage. If your opponent draws a "LV" monster destroy this card and inflict damage to yourself equal to the ATK of this card.

This card can only be equipped to "Railin Parasite Dragon". If the monster equipped to this card is destroyed instead of sending the monster to the graveyard tribute this card and send the card to its owner's hand.

If "Railin Mecha Alien" is attacked by a monster with 1500 attack or more activate one of the following effects:
.Tribute 2 Machine type monsters and negate the attack.
.Pay 1000 Lifepoints to destroy the monster and deal battle damage equal to the monster's defense.

Activate only when a monster with "Railin" in its name is destroyed by battle, you can destroy all your monsters to Special Summon a monster from your Graveyard. That monster is treated as a normal "Railin" monster with 650 ATK and 100 Def. If the monster is destroyed by battle Remove From Play 2 cards in your hand to take control 1 of your opponent's monsters until End Phase.

There's a good amount of OCG errors, but otherwise a good concept. I don't know how the dual type monsters would fit in with the rules, though. What if there's a field spell card that effects both types, one positively and the other negatively? What would happen?
